Acquisition of BELS (Building-housing Energy-efficiency Labeling System) evaluation
We have received third-party assessments under the BELS (Building-Housing Energy-efficiency Labeling System) for eight properties owned by SPC, which is entrusted with asset management in the form of trust beneficiary rights. Two of these properties have received "ZEB Ready" evaluations.

Strategic Partners Co., Ltd. (former NCF Real Estate Investment Management Co., Ltd.) takes over all the asset management business of private placement funds and its related business of CRE REIT Advisers, Inc. (former Strategic Partners Co., Ltd.) on 28 February 2017.
CRE Inc., the parent company of Strategic Partners Co., Ltd., acquired all the 100% shares of CRE REIT Advisers, Inc. (former Strategic Partners Co., Ltd.) on 1 st August 2014.
Strategic Partners Co., Ltd. and NCF Real Estate Investment Management Co., Ltd. change their names as below with effect from 28 February 2017.
