About Us

Strategic Partners, Co. Ltd. (“the Company”) is an asset management company that undertakes the asset management of mainly real estate private funds in CRE Group.

Since establishment in 2008, we have amassed achievements through handling various asset types. After joining CRE Group in 2014, we have increased our handling of non-traditional real estate assets, such as logistics facilities and self-storage facilities.

In 2020, we launched a fund specializing for indoor-type self-storage, which has been in high demand due to the shrinking of floorspace in homes as a result of the recent soaring costs of real estate development.

In the area of logistics facilities, we started the operation of CRE Industrial Asset REIT, a private placement REIT specializing in medium-and-small warehouses that can fully leverage the strengths of CRE.

As for our future direction, we are striving, as a financial instruments business operator to offer sound and transparent asset management with a basic management policy of paying utmost attention to compliance, while enhancing diversity of investment products by offering various managed products, and striving to meet the expectations of our stakeholders.
